Littlefinger, Sansa, and Jon

I keep seeing and hearing about how the look Littlefinger and Sansa shared at the end means that she's thinking that she should have been Queen in the North, but the previous scenes between Jon and Sansa show that she considers him as her older brother, who has a right to be a Stark even though he's a bastard. I think that look at the end is Sansa remembering what Littlefinger is capable of, and realizing that now Jon is in Littlefinger's sights as an obstacle to the Iron Throne. Maybe she's just concerned for Jon. Thoughts?
